Terms and Conditions for Joli Villa

Thank you for choosing Joli Villa for your stay. By booking and staying at our villa, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: After 2:00 PM.
  • Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in/late check-out: Available upon request and subject to availability.

2. Household Guidelines

  • No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
  • No Parties or Events: Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval from management.
  • Noise Levels: Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
  • Pets: No additional pets are allowed unless previously agreed upon with management.

3. Pool & Garden

  • Pool Use: Guests use the pool at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
  • Supervision of Children: Children must be supervised at all times when in or around the pool area.
  • No Glassware in Pool Area: For safety reasons, please avoid bringing glass items to the pool area.

4. Villa Care

  • Respect for Property: Please treat the villa with care and respect. Report any damages or issues to management immediately.
  • Furniture: Do not rearrange the furniture in the villa.
  • Use of Coasters: Please use coasters provided for drinks on wooden surfaces to prevent damage.

5. Damage & Loss

  • Guest Responsibility: Any damage or loss of property caused by guests during their stay will be charged to the guest.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be held and will be refunded after inspection of the villa, provided no damage has occurred.

6. Shisha Use

  • Designated Areas: Shisha use is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
  • Safety: Please handle the shisha responsibly. Be mindful of hot coals and ash to prevent damage or injury.

7. Utilities & Safety

  • Conservation: Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when not in use or when leaving the villa.
  • Security: Ensure all doors are locked when leaving the villa.

8. Guests & Visitors

  • Overnight Guests: Only the number of guests stated in the reservation is permitted to stay overnight.
  • Visitors: Additional visitors are allowed with prior notification. However, they are not allowed to stay overnight without prior permission from management.

9. Liability

  • Personal Injury: Joli Villa is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your stay, including pool use.
  • Belongings: Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings during their stay. We recommend securing valuables.

10. Termination of Stay

Management reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without refund if any of the terms and conditions are violated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert Governing Region]. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.
